POLICIES
BOOKING
We use the Vagaro online booking application. Our books are updated daily and are available 24/7 for you to access. Once you request an appointment your appointment is held for you and no one else can take it. Once you’ve requested your appointment please allow 24-48 hours for us to accept or alter it. You’ll receive automated text notifications regarding your appointment and once accepted you’ll receive reminders for your appointment. Credit Card may be required to book appointment. (Some services require deposit for first time clients and are subject to change at any time.)
CANCELLATION
We ask you to be courteous and reach out to cancel appointment 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. An appointment that required deposit is NON REFUNDABLE upon cancellation or a no show on clients part. Each individual stylist reserves the right to refuse refund to client on case by case basis when client alters appointment in any way, as each stylist is an independent contractor. NO SHOW can result in no future appointments with each stylist allowed through booking app. NO SHOW can also result in minimum %50 maximum 100% of service charged on to credit card on
DEPOSIT
Deposits may be required for services, and can be collected through credit card on file or individual stylists digital forms of payment methods which include but aren’t limited to PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or Square invoices. Each individual stylist reserves the right to collect their own appointment deposits on their own services and can be subject to change at any time.
SERVICE
Each individual stylist reserves the right to refuse service. No harassment of any type is tolerated.
REFUNDS
No refunds are issued on any service or product and each individual stylist reserves the right to refuse a refund or issue a partial refund at their own convenience. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your service or product please reach out within 24 hours of service or product redeemed and arrangements can be made between you and the stylist.
ARRIVAL
Please be courteous, all of our stylists work by appointment only if you arrive late to your appointment that reduces the time of your service and full price for the service will be charged as normal. Appointment time will not be extended to run into some one else’s appointment. Make good arrangements and enjoy your service we carefully curate for you.
